Sorry to hear this. To you check the argur to make sure pellets are being fed properly. If you have tried to.start it again since this happened did you get a message that the unit did not power down properly? Hopefully it is nothing serious and you will be back up and smoking.

Has anyone tried the bear mountain pellets? If so what is your opinion?

I don't believe they have. It unfortunate what you went through. I have never had a problem with customer service.

Is this a Gen 1 or Gen 2 SF? You could have a bad cotter pin. You should ask customer service to send you a new aguar.

Best seasoning I have found is the Kinder's The Blend.

Weber is not going to get out of this market. This is too good of a cooker. Ace still carries the pellets and the grills.
