Thanks and nope I wish lol. I am an ambassador for lumberjack nowadays that come with some perksšŸ˜œ. Phlippenssauce and reeedz rubs are some of the favs in my household. Awesome people but no sponsors šŸ˜­
 
Smoked a London Broil and Cowboy Steak. New Software was flawless. Also grilled a London Broil (Summit S670) , for those that don't like smoked.

I have to say this is my favorite thread on the whole forum! I am loving all the food and ideas on what to cook next! Last weekendā€™s meal was Spatchcock chickens, vegetables and potatoes.

I'm going to cook four racks of ribs on Saturday. Will go low and slow to put a good smoke flavor. I'm torn between using the Weber Grill Master blend pellets or the Weber Mesquite pellets. Any suggestions are welcomed!

Anything but mesquite IMO. Either grillmaster blend or combo of hickory and cherry. I mix pellets myself quite frequently. I like cherry pellets and mix them into hickory frequently.
 
Well, some fillets for the group. Didnā€™t get a plated picture of the roasted brussel sprouts and mashed taters. Oops šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™‚ļø

Finally used a some grill grates on my Smokefire I donā€™t think theyā€™re a necessity on the Smokefire like they are on other pellet cookers. They do make pretty grill marks though.
