Weber Smokefire EX4 (gen 1),Weber Summit Silver (2004),Weber Performer Kettle,WSM, Jumbo Joe Go -Anywhere Charcoal
Used a combination SNS and Cooking with Ry recipes for this one. Turned out great! Finished it and then cranked it up to do a burger for my son that doesn’t like meatloaf. First time using new firmware and worked like a champ.

Hah, exactly my thoughts! Oh well, it lets the Smokefires versatility shine!

Do t like meatloaf? What?! Wow, I guess it takes all kinds. To me I love meatloaf. It’s especially great as leftover or fresh made into a sandwich with you favorite fixings.

Funny you mention sandwich. leftovers were better than the night before. Old Country Hot and spicy with added pepper flakes and Famous Dave’s spicy pickles. You’re right, one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in awhile. Best part, cheap as dirt compared to a brisket sandwich.

Smoked meatloaf sounds awesome, starting with ground meat makes it easy to incorporate rubs, etc. Can't wait to try this myself!

Has me wondering if spaghetti and (smoked) meatballs is a thing??

Snow finally stopped so fired up and set to cook cheese and bacon stuffed meatloaf with smoked baked beans and smoked potatoes
