Guys did 2 Cooke back to back. Last night did burgers with the grill grates.
Then last night around 9pm started a 12lb but. Came out amazing...
I used super smoke for 2 hrs then 225 for the rest. I did not wrap it I kept it at 225 till it hit the stall then bumped it up to 250ish and finished at 300 for a few. Spritz with apple juice
Went for almost 16hrs does that seam right
