I’ve got some lamb chops in my freezer now waiting for a good occasion. Man that steak looks killer!!! Wagyu?

Alright in all honesty I had way tooo much fun 
last weekend and destroyed those lamb chops. Wow mad wife sad life!!
so I’m doing the exact same cook tonight.
Last week I brought the SF to 600 threw everything on and walked away, it caused a flare up on the chops and before I knew it the SF shutdown and chops were burned. Oooooops!
I’ll be better tonight!!
