Aloha everyone, had Weber grills for years ever since I could start affording them. Started off with a hand me down Genesis Silver B which I rehabbed. Moved on to a Weber Q 2200 and then a Q1200 and finally a EX4 Gen 2.

Just started really experimenting with the smokefire and love it so far.

Came across this website while looking for Smokefire smoking ideas. Great little forum you guys have.
