I have some left over Kosmos Q chicken rub from last Thanksgiving. Can I use this for pork/brisket?

Most chicken and pork BBQ rubs are “all purpose” style and are interchangeable. This is the case with dirty bird from Komsos. It’s good on chicken, butts, and ribs.
