Control Panel Locked

Did a short smoke on Sunday with no issues. Tonight I fired it up cool some chicken kabobs. Seemed like everything was fine but when I came back, the temp had dropped and the fan was running like it was in shutdown mode. Couldn’t get any of the buttons on the panel to react and also couldn’t connect through app. Had to power cycle it to recover. Anyone else? Is this something I should be concerned with?

Was just watching it and it seems like it went through a reboot on its own.

I would assume you were not up to date with firmware/software. It will sometimes force an update which appears to be what happened in this instance.
