Cook programs not coming up

When I try to access my cook programs it’s the middle button I only get the QR code that tells me to get the app at Weber.com. Can’t seem to get it to working. Any help?

The cook programs are all on the app. Download Weber connect, turn on Bluetooth, start the app and pair it with the grill. Look to see if the grill starts a firmware update. To be safe just keep the phone near the grill after you first pair it For 15 minutes.
