If you knew and didn't tell me...last night i had a revelation making some pizza on the smokefire. I was rolling out dough and wanted to move them around while I was waiting for the smokefire to get up to temp. I usually put them on wax or parchment paper and them struggle to get them off and onto the stone even with cornmeal. I was getting my pans out to schlep the goods to the grill and set them upside down over the sink, totally by chance... I and said self, look at that...a flat hard surface, threw on some cornmeal and boom! the pizza shuttle was born!! Super easy to get the peel under and get them on the stone. Give it a try and you'll never look back....
