Favorite place to buy MEAT?

Where's you favorite place to buy meat? We lost our local butcher shop a few years back so I normally only purchase meat from Costco or HEB.

Same 2 places for me. I just picked up 2 12 lb super trimmed primes from H-E-B yesterday.

I don’t relish walking through Costco as I can’t walk very far. Costco does have great meat though. If they would offer mobility carts like all the other grocery stores I would go.

I go directly to the butcher at Albertsons or Stater Bro’s and hand pick my cut visually.

Either Costco, Costco Business Center (which has lower prices on meats that the mainline stores), or Smart Foodservices (a restaurant supply store here on the west coast).

I buy most smoking meat from a Costco Business Center. They have a giant walk in refrigerator and it isn't super packed like the regular Costco. For steaks I am lucky to have a great local butcher. Look at all of the meat waiting for me.

Definitely Costco. They always have a good selection of prime beef at pretty decent prices. Plus if you hit it right you can nosh their samples.
