I took a custom cut piece of board 42"x15"x1" added the stainless steel hinges available on Amazon. Ordered a sheet of stainless steel cut to size, laminated it to the board. A couple of sticks of angle aluminum, fitted and polished.
Ideal size, foldable, easy to clean.
