First cook with 4025 firmware and 1.3 software.

Did two spatchcock chickens and turned out great. Used SmokeBoost for fist 25 minutes then set to 375. Showed 175 when turned off SmokeBoost and took 9 minutes to get to 375. Didn’t touch the pellets at all, but was only around 2 1/2 hours from start to shutdown.

Here is one of them, forgot to grab pic before tookbthem both off the grill and had already carved up the other one.

Looks good. How crispy was the skin?
 
Was decently crispy but still could have been more crispy in some sections. I’m sure would be better if I did better prep or dry brined it. I just pulled them from the fridge, spatchcocked, patted dry with paper towel and added rub just before putting on grill.
