I found this as an Amazon warehouse deal for 26 bucks. Definitely worth it looks brand new. Now what is the first thing I’m going to sear!?

I absolutely love mine. Just remember it's enamel coated so no seasoning needed and cleanup is quite easy compared to non coated cast. Enjoy!

yes there seems to be some confusion online for seasoning these. it reminds me of my first 2 sets of genesis grates and those held up well. looking forward to searing something soon!

Too many awesome choices, right? I vote for something a bit unconventional: Seared smoked Scallops! Not that you were looking for votes...okay, I really just want to know how they'll turn out. :sneaky: It's all part of my plan to live vicariously through all of you while my grill is still unavailable to me. mu-hahaha. I'm sure whatever you decide it will be awesome.

Yes my wife was really excited for the scallop idea. That may happen this weekend!

still look and must have taste incredible
They were good. The prosciutto was a touch too salty for my taste, but the boss thought it was perfect and that is what’s most important. 😜
