Any thoughts on making these and selling them? Even if not, I would love to pay you to make and ship me one!

NM on shipping me one........I just saw your location!!!! I could drive and pick it up in a few hours! I graduated high school in Fairhope and most of my family is in the Daphne and Malbis area. Small world!

It is Small world! Lol
I was just playing around after work for last few days and last weekend while we are all social distancing. Lol if you have an EX4 I might make a other one.

Have you had an opportunity to cook on it yet? Looks like it would manage the grease well but also appears to really alter the design of the grill. Just a guess on my part based on what I think I see in the picture. Good to see folks like yourself searching for a cure... Carry on dude!

Yeah, I have. It cooks excellent manages the grease just fine. Low and slow only, so even the original design would do the same except no grease or pellet ash lol. It was a fun project and worked fine. However, I like the unique weber design as that's why I purchased it. This setup I made works just like a pit boss pellet grill. Not hating on a pit boss as I had one that served me well.
I like the Weber and I think this pellet grill.is a totally different experience than any other. The design gives more flavor for sure.

So, I have little experience with pellet grills, but isn’t this how the Traegers work? This seems like a great accessory idea
