new to this forum , I'm an old weber fan , gaser since years always trying smoke tube and boxes with unrelevant results, I finally jumped for an ex4 a month ago and that's the best I could have done.
I was thinking between a kamado and a pellet smoker but too lazy for the Kamado.
I went to my dealer with 2 beautiful ribeye and asked him to cook them on the genesis ( what I had at that time ) and the ex4 , we then did a blind test with my wife and the result was without any possible discussion.
I got it full option
I will also try to cook pizza but my ooni koda is a bomb
