Hello from Michigan!

So this is actually just my second post, but I wanted to say hello to the group and share a little about my grilling background. Grilling and BBQ has been a passion of mine for almost 20 years…and I’m 43 now. My wife and 2 girls love my cooking, and I somehow have been elected to cook at all family events and parties. I’ve got 10 grills/smokers total, with a couple more planned purchases in the future (don’t tell my wife!). For reference, I have a Weber e-410, a 22” kettle, the Smokey Joe, a modified 18” Smokey Mountain, a Q2200, a 36” Blackstone, a 22” Blackstone, a Vision kamado, a custom 9’ reverse flow offset, and now the Searwood XL! Love me some Weber! Always happy to share my cooks and looking forward to gaining some new recipes and enjoying all of yours too!
