I bought my first Weber grill (Genesis Silver) in 2000. Last year I started researching pellet grills and last month I ordered the SmokeFire EXL4. It was delivered this month and I assembled it. After doing the initial burn in, I made cube steak, burgers and smoked baby back ribs. All of the food tasted awesome. Next week I am smoking beef jerky. I gave my Weber gas grill to my neighbor and he was thrilled to get it. Looking forward to warmer weather and doing a brisket on the smoker.
Let us know how the beef jerky goes, I have yet to try that out.
