Love to do low and slow cooks, SmokeFire's have been great so far, updated with all the parts that had issues when they came out

2 types of cooking, low and slow and the other for higher heat(Bake). I prefer to bake outside, why heat up the house with the oven, so i sold my Genesis E-330 natural gas grill for my second SmokeFire.
