Weber Master Touch Kettle
Just purchased my first Weber Kettle Grill. Bought the 22" Master Touch. I also use a Traeger Pellet Grill, a Camp Chef Flat Top Griddle, an Oklahoma Joe's Smoker and Weber Propane Grill. Yes, addicted to outdoor cooking. Love the grill a lot just dislike the frame and wheels- too wobbly for me. So I took an old desk and cut out an opening for the grill. Remounted the lid holder, added paper towel holder, and magnets for implements. I have wheel casters ordered to put on all four legs. Glad to be here and eager to learn and improve my cooking techniques. Thank you!

Added the Santa Maria attachment. Rotisserie obviously will not stay on full time. Lid stores easily under Santa Maria when not cooking. Santa Maria removes easily if needed with three thumb bolts. Anxious to try it all out.

I love Earl Campbell's sausage line from our local supermarket . But my favorite is sausage made once a year at a little Catholic Church near me as a fund raiser for their Church. They sell breakfast sausage and German sausage. Absolutely wonderful! I usually buy about 30 pounds of each! They make and process it Thanksgiving week and only sell the day before Thanksgiving. No telling how many hundreds of pounds they sell.

Since it's just me and my wife, I added a little table top pellet smoker to my arsenal. When it's just the 2 of us, it's really easy to fire up and smoke one brisket, or 1 rack of ribs, etc. Does an excellent job of smoking. I recommend for small cooks, tailgates, days at the lake, etc. ASmoke AS350
