Hi from a new member. I’ve been dabbling in BBQ for many years and got into Smoking in the last 3 years. I’ve owned Weber 18” grills and smokers, Weber 22” grills and smokers, a Weber E6 Kamado, Pit Barrel 18” and 20” cookers and a Hunsaker smoker all of them charcoal fueled.
