Hello just got mine last week just wondering what pellets y’all think are the best over all taste and price. Got 2 bags of Weber when I got the grill . Brother has a rectec and we used the Kingsford last week at the lake , he said the rectec guys do vids using the Kingsford. I used their charcoal for years on the kettles and smoking mountain until I was introduced to royal oak restaurant

I like the weber ones. Just got a bag of 40 lb pitmasters. I think a local company here. Ill prob check them out tomorrow 😊

I’ve used a couple different brands. Haven’t used Weber’s pellets. Used treager, and did NOT care for taste. Used pit boss cherry, and didn’t like it either. I have been using pit boss charcoal flavor pellets and like those.

I prefer the Weber pellets, as they are slightly smaller and produce less ash since they contain no filler. Kind of like the difference between regular Kingsford briquettes and there all hardwood, no filler, competition version, which I use in my Weber Smokey Mountain when doing larger quantities of food for parties.

Welcome to the forum @Elkoweber and congrats on the new Weber 🍻 I'm a fan of the Kingsford pellets, but I have yet to try the Weber ones.

Welcome!
So far I’ve only used Weber pellets and like them a lot. Been thinking of trying some Lumberjack but not as convenient to get as Weber for me. I’ve only used the Grillmaster and Apple so far. Going to try the cherry next I think.

I use Cabellas and Weber. Cabellas brand, made by Lumberjack, has some interesting combinations and you get free 2day shipping.

I love the lumberjack brand pellets. I've used many different 'flavors' (pecan, hickory mix, charcoal, cherry, comp blend) but I've settled on using primarily the competition blend and the char-hickory. Weber pellets are good too, they're just MUCH more expensive in my area. Weber is $16/20lb, whereas I stock up on lumberjack pellets when they go on sale for $7.99/20lb. I bought 10 bags about a month ago and am down to about 6 bags now.
Luckily me and some guys at work bought 2400lbs of lumberjack pellets about 6 weeks ago, just waiting on delivery :)
