Just wanted to say what’s happening. Haven’t done anything with pellets for a couple weeks or so. Done a little with the kettle and my gasser. Just picked up some more pork belly and some tritip/pork chops, and shoulder. Time to uncover and get motivated to smoke/grill some meat!!
