Good question! Maybe a pork shoulder, something easy.
I have some Snake River Farms wagyu ribeyes that I want to try smoking until 120 and then searing to finish, but I want to get a little familiar with it before trying that. I’m anxious to see if I can get a good sear!

Initial thoughts are that it’s packaged very well. The assembly guide is detailed and easy to follow.
