Looks good especially the grill grates. Noticed the gaps around the ash drawer are still there. I've always been convinced it was a poorly made piece of equipment due to the fitting on mine. But if it's still there on the the New updated version, then it must be designed that way?

They are in the picture on the box! good catch. I think they were in all the preliminary photos I saw of the cooker itself. I wonder if they have some old stock they are burning through. If so, that's probably a bad idea as it will garner negative attention.

Surprising that after the rocky launch and two years of continual improvements they still haven't figured out how to catch these details before the product ships. Somebody somewhere put those parts together in that carton. Just sayin.

Possible to see some pics of the firepot and pellet slide area as well as base of the hopper where the pellets are fed into the auger?
