Hello everyone.

I'm looking for a jerky rack of multiple levels to increase cooking area. I wish Weber would offer a simple product like Camp Chef does. Has anyone purchased this? I'd like too know if it fits or not. Also, does anyone have any suggestions on a similar product that would work for the EX4. Thank you!

I use cooling rack in my cookie sheet to bake bacon bs frying it. Does the SF smoke low enough to make jerky?
Yes I set mine at 200. Low as it will go unless smoke boost. 4+ hours should be good.

I just did some yesterday and was 4 hours on smokeboost. Used this recipe and it is fantastic!
