What’s on everyone’s SmokeFire for Memorial weekend? I‘ve got some turkey breasts going now, then plan to do some wings for dinner tonight. Tomorrow throwing on couple spatchcock chickens. Hope those of you in the states have a good holiday. Those of you every where else have a great weekend.

Well all that looks good, but I decided not to grill today…sigh.
 
Yesterday was a great cook. Bacon wrapped chicken wings and butterflied a pork butt with each steak a different flavor profile.

Will have to try that sauce
I really enjoyed it. I’ll do it again. I’d say it’s like a tangy sharp ranch sorta sauce. I liked it better than the Big Bob Gibson knock off sauces I’ve had. Worth a look IMO.
