New temp probe manufacture

This probe is made in USA, works with Weber Smoke Fire and igrill. Better in a lot of ways, can be cleaned with wet cloth or spray cleaner. Made by Blaze Technical Services. Good to 575 deg F. Although it's not on their website ( blazeprobes.com ) you can call and order one at 800-798-9874. It's pricey at 29.00 but discounts available. I used it over the weekend on a brisket.
