30” slate griddle
Hello. Just new to griddling and purchased a 30” slate. Having a few issues and I trust I can solve, but would really like to know how to clean if I have over seasoned??

Thank you…it’s a great video but it doesn’t explain what to do when the griddle is tacky. I feel it’s been overseasoned because it is so tacky when I am finished cooking and cleaning it. Also, there are spots that I just can’t seem to scrape off the stuck food. Most of the video’s I have seen are for the black stone grill but this is the Weber Slate and the coating on it is completely different than a cast iron griddle so I am not sure just what to do.
