Weber SmokeFire EX4
I fired up the SmokeFire after 4 inches of snow today with an outdoor temperature this evening of 7° F—the steaks cooked beautifully and the temperature held with no fluctuations. The only issue I had was immediately turning the grill on the control was very sluggish. The rotating dial was not very responsive, which is not surprising at that temperature.

Super happy with my SmokeFire - Performs like a champ!

It gets that cold in Texas? Nice work getting out there and getting it done.

We were at 3 this morning. My smokefire won’t do well today, but that has more to do with the lack of power than the temperature.

-8 here this morning and few inches of snow. Worst part is the wind though, causing -30 wind chills. My SmokeFire will be dormant this week.

No SmokeFire cooking today - lost power around 4 am and finally restored around 5 pm today. Amazing low temp this morning of -2° F.

Hope everyone is staying safe with these record-breaking cold temperatures!

Meanwhile down here near the coast, we were at 20F with sleet while I was cooking our meal Sunday night

It’s going to be about 40 here. First time in a while. Can’t believe we are warmer than Texas!

What grill temperature did you cook them at and for how long.

yup :(

The good news is that after this week it looks like we will have a solid week above 40 during the day- time to tap for maple syrup!

Mine has been in cold storage as well. Next week should be back to normal temperatures. 52 on Tuesday. Now we're cooking.

It is inexcusable that 4.5 million are without power. Now, there are low water supplies, no groceries, no gasoline, etc. Time for me to retire to the pasture and put in a moat.
