So I got my SmokeFire second hand from some guy who supposedly bought it at an auction. Picked it up 600.00. I’ve cooked on it several times ribs, pork butt, more ribs, and a huge, all racks filled, 400 plus jalapeño pepper cook. No issues at all. Now one of the things I have done is clean it good every time I use it. Use pans so keeps grease from dripping down inside. I’ve even put foil water pans down inside bottom to keep grease buildup in check. I did one cook without all that stuff in there, and it was messy. Registered the grill and got the new ramp attachment, and a temp probe for free. Then bought a cover for it. Now I want that front table thing
