Plancha or griddle (flat) insert for EX6? Anyone already find one.

I have couple of these for my Genesis but haven’t tried them on the SmokeFire yet. Might impact the temp readings if covered the whole surface.

Those look ok but they are aluminum which is linked to Alzheimer's, so would prefer stainless. Thanks

Weber part 7579 replaces one of the grills on EX4 or Ex6, I'm in the UK so can't link direct to the Weber US site.

....but it's out of stock. Bruno I have a Lodge x-large skillet now I will use for certain things. I want to be able to make a whole package of bacon in one shot on the EX6. I can't possibly be the first person to want to do this?

I might. Have someone machine me a big stainless steel griddle. Stay tuned.

I have the same question nowadays , from my background here is the possible option I'm looking at

- grillgrates on flat side ( I still have mine from my former genesis)
- the weber cast iron griddle mentionned above, I had it on my spirit and was working perfectly
- stainless steel , I have a company doing this not far

I have one that stays in the smoker unless I’m cooking a lot of protein. Great for grilling veggies while grilling flank steak for fajitas. Fits perfectly.
