First attempt at these.
2 lb chuck roast first hour on SmokeBoost, then around three hours at 250 to hit 165.
Wrapped in butcher paper and back on at 275 for an hour to hit 195.
Let rest for 20 minutes, then cubed, sauced and back in at 275 for just under two hours.
Turned out pretty good. I used two different BBQ sauces and Interestingly it seemed to impact the tenderness and one was more tender than the other.

Looks awesome, I always wanted to try that.

Nice job! What brand of bbq Sauce did you use? Which one did you like the best?

Blues Hog and Jack Stack. The Jack Stack ones were more tender so preferred them.
