I haven’t bought a grill yet because I’ve been on the damn phone for over two hours, waiting to speak to customer service. While doing so, I downloaded their app. Was very surprised to see there was NO reference to any “pellet” information, NOTHING! NADA! So where does one go for assistance on grilling different meats, etc. Didn’t find information on “baking.” Unless I missed it, all their info on grilling meat was to cook it rare. .
They show different businesses that are supposed to carry their pellet grills. Every place I called ONLY carried the gas grills. Was repeatedly told if I ordered a pellet grill, there would be no service after the sale!! So, how in the hell, where in the hell can I purchase the EH6 and expect local or semi local help?? WAITING for hours to talk to a Weber tech is not my idea of fun.
FURTHERMORE, the music we are forced to listen to, while we wait to speak to a Weber tech, is a spin-off of the music I had to endure while waiting on a tech person atTreager grills .
Am I simply spinning my wheels here as I long to own a Weber grill or is this wait going to be beneficial in the long run??
Then again, I could order five cords of dry logs, cut to my specs and then split into smaller pieces, starting a nice fire and cook with a piece of meat hanging off a piece of wire. It appears it would be a lot faster than waiting to speak with a live person.
