I’ve always been a dry rub guy. If I do sauce it’s usually on the side, for dipping. I like warm spicey sauce over cold sweet stuff. Even though a lot of sauces are sweet. Spicey but not too spicy.
Just got these off amazon. Any one used these before? If so what’s you take on these.
I’ve bought head country bbq sauce, and liked it a lot. Just a little too runny.

Sorry, like you I am strictly a dry-rub guy with the exception of when I do Buffalo Style Chicken Wings.
