I have had and still do a weber Kettle for 20 years. I purchased a Treager about seven years ago and it work well for a while but had temperature issues. I replaced the thermostat twice and decided not to continue to throw good money after bad. I have always appreciated the quality that Weber has put forth in all of their products and finally stepped up and purchased the Searwood 600. I seasoned the grill for an hour today and look forward to grilling tomorrow. I could use some help in figuring out the controls. How to use manual and where is the auto setting
