I figured we'd get more Turkey pics. Here are mine.
16lb bird, brined overnight in Meat Church Bird Baptism plus oranges added. Under the skin, rubbed the breast and thighs with butter seasoned with Meat Church Fajita seasoning. Seasoned the bird with Holy Gospel. Mesquite pellets.
Very juicy and flavorful!

Looks great! I'll have to try it with Fajita seasoning one of these days, never would have thought of that. Thanks for sharing! (y)
