I am returning my gen 2 EX6 today. This is actually my second EX6. I was an early adopter and purchased the gen 1 in feb of 2020. I now consider myself to be a certified SF technician, as I have replaced virtually every part on the smoker at least once.
I wish everyone the best of luck. I love Weber products, I just believe that they gotten in way over there heads on this one, and frankly, they acknowledge this as well. I love the convenience of a pellet and will take my business, reluctantly, to Traeger. Good luck and good smoking.
