HELP! Spark plugs not working

We just bought a brand new Weber Smokefire EX4 a few weeks ago. After using it 5-6 times the spark plug stopped working. We received two new spark plugs. The first one broke after using it 5 times, the second one after using the grill one time. All the plugs are TY 24V 1938.

Anyone else who has this issue? Any suggestions on how to solve it?
