Startup time to reach cooking temp

I would really like to know how long it takes to get up to cooking temperature. 225, 350,375,425, 500. I know this will be greatly effected by the outside temp, so please post that as well.

My EX6 got up to 490 in 10-12 minutes, but wouldn’t get any hotter. 25 degrees outside with a slight breeze.
