Stuck in firmware 4025

I see that there’s a new firmware and software update, but I can’t seem to get them installed. HELP!!!!

Doh! WiFi issue wasn’t “user error”! Wrong password.

Have you tried turning off your WiFi and just using bluetooth? I had to do that with my iPhone.

I would strongly suggest that you turn off your bluetooth until your done. I had my SmokeFire update during a cook. It shut it's self down to complete the update.

I believe it only completes updates via Bluetooth. Keep the app open and connected/near your Smokefire for at least 15 minutes. I set my screen to stay unlocked and leave it on the table for at least 20 min whenever there is an update.
