Temperature Consistency

Decided to do a little temperature consistency test this evening. I used 4 different temperature probes verified accurate using boiling water. Set temp to 200. Once it got up to temp, the internal temperature on the screen doesn't move from 200, but in actuality the temp can be anywhere from 180-220. Mine is hotter in the middle and back, consistently reading about +20-25 degrees hotter than the front. I moved the probes over to the far sides and they were reading between 200-210, not bad at all. Overall I'm very impressed!

Would love to hear how others are finding the consistency.

Thanks for taking the time to test and report back. I bet Weber will be able to dial that in even better with software updates down the road.
