Saturday evening I connected a temp probe and the light came on below the control screen for a few seconds then went out and the Weber connect app said I needed to connect a probe. Probe #2 didn't work either but 3 and 4 did. I did another cook last night and none of the probes would connect. I tried calling Weber customer service a few times but a recording said they didn't have anybody to help me and I can't get any help at weber.com because I can't find anywhere to describe the problem and get help. The grill is only 2 months old!
