The Biscuit Test

Here's one of the first biscuit tests I've seen on the SmokeFire . For those that don't know, this is a basic/fast test to determine the hottest parts of the grill and how evenly it will cook.

Looks like the right corner gets hot though!

It does seem like the right side is hotter on mine, also, but not sure why. Everything inside seems identical left vs right.
