During my Turkey Day smoke, I went out to temp the bird at 1.5 hours and noticed that the smoker temp (set at 250) was only at 165 and the screen said the smoker was heating up. There was a ton of smoke coming out, the fan was running and pellets were dropping but the temp kept going lower. Luckily my bird was to the temp I wanted to start frying but this is not the first time I've had this issue. Anyone one else have this issue and what might be causing this? Could it have been some bridging of the pellets that ended up resolving itself?

Very possible. Hopefully you have removed the wire guard?

I have had pretty much the same problem the last few time i have tried to use the grill. The fire pot is clean. The auger s feeding the pellets. The grill heats up to 250-300 then, after an hour or so it inexplicably starts cooling down. This happens now every time I use it. Anybody have a fix?

Depends on the cause.
Could be bad pellets.
Could be dust in the auger.
Could be a pellet void.
