Waiting Anxiously

Yes this will be my first pellet grill. Just got a notification earlier that my pitmaster pellets have shipped but not my grill.
Mine arrived today and I have two racks of baby backs that are 3 hours in. The temperature is 25 here in Minneapolis and the EX6 is having no trouble holding the temperature steady at 265.
Great results! With the cold temps and wind, I was a bit lazy and did them differently than usual - dry rub on the rack unwrapped no sauce for 4 hours at 265 spritzing and adding a bit of rub once an hour. One of the racks I sauced and did an extra 20 minutes as my son prefers them sauced.
