I had Weber send me a new diffuser. Mine was rusting and falling apart. I sent them a couple pictures and a nice, new one showed up. It may be stainless. My three years is up in August. Anyone else had anything replaced?

My flavorizer bars are start to get pretty shot too.

Pics were all taken before I just did a pretty thorough cleaning…

Lots of people have..
There are plenty of posts about it.

Those flavorizer bars are fine.
They just need a good clean if you want them to look pretty.

My warranty was up in February. Weber still sent me parts last month for free.
The flavorizer support brackets seem to wear out in short time. Weber has sent me 2 sets. Also the burn pot grate disintegrated.

Agree - those flavorizer bars are just fine. Mine looked worse than those but a little scraping with a metal putty knife took care of that. Now - the support brackets are a different story. So far, so good for mine, but they seem to be eroding around the edges. Warranty or not I'd like to see Weber start to put some of these 'consumables' on the market so we can perhaps stock up on parts that won't be available down the road.

I have never understood this.
I have had my EX4 since December 2020 and use it 4 times a week minimum.
All parts are as good as the day I assembled it.

My brackets absolutely disintegrated, Weber sent me new ones.
I live in a very mild climate, I did do a lot of grilling when I first got my SmokeFire.

Wow, that's great support. (y)

I’m on my third set of flavorizer brackets and had to replace the pellet slide, burn pot grate, and heat diffuser. My flavorizer bars are holding up well. Fortunately Weber has replaced all under warranty and I’ve had mine since release.
