What can I say How about weather tech support. I was one of the early purchases of an Ex -6 Last year. Had a couple minor issues which Weber took care of very quickly. Mid year this year had a major auger issue to H Weber send a new walker which did not take care of the problem, but when the local WeberApp got in contact with them they ended up sending me a brand new Smoke fire complete. Second smoke in however I got in thermocouple error, which really was going to put a cramp in my style for today in which I have with my family. Weber overnighted me thermocouple and took care of the problem and this is the result! Thank you Weber
