While I’m waiting patiently I decided to create my own smoker. I drained the coolant from my engine and have added a few grill grates under my hood. Next I decided to funnel my exhaust via the shop vac hose into the engine compartment.

I’ll be placing a large brick on the gas pedal to see if I can hit 600 in less than 20 minutes and will likely place an array of temperature probes around the garage to know where my house fire burned the hottest.

Or I might just throw some meat on the neighbor’s pit, enjoy some whiskey, and I’ll eat some cute little cookies.

Humor is a tonic. Now where is the gin?

Working out ... just don’t have the EX6 yet. Briskets are in the stall now.

I’m going to go ahead and put these garage based units into production. I’m accepting Pre-Orders now!
