🔥 What's cooking on your SmokeFire?

Some updates of what I've been cooking lately:

Did some strips(sous vide), potatoes and peppers. Came out great!

Did the traeger recipe for the vodka brined salmon. If you did not do that I say go for it!! Was pretty good. One note: Next time I would end a little higher for the skin to get crispy.

Did some jalapeño poppers grilled cheese sandwiches. Oh my God!!

And did some SamtheCookingguy recipe burgers. Where pretty good!!

Did some Burbon brown sugar salmon.
Foccacia with olive oil,garlic, and some grated prima donna cheese. Also some lobster tails and skillet scallops..yum. a good mothers day indeed!

Chicken thighs yesterday and plan to do small pork butt tomorrow.
 
Two big split turkey breasts for lunches this week.

Chuck roast for mock burnt ends and some BS thighs.

Nice, what was the total cook time?
Water pan under pork shoulder to keep moist up.
16 hours total.
3 hours on SmokeBoost
10 hours @225
Wrapped in paper and bumped temp up to 350 for a couple hours
Unwrapped, glazed, finished off another hour to set the bark.

My guests were very pleased, as was I.

After pork was done, put temps at 450 and did some burgers.

Again, SF was awesome to cook on.
